Do You Consider "History Of Trunks'' As Canon?

Given that the manga shown that Base Gohan was sparring with Trunks who was capable of transforming into a SSjin but not in the TV special since it took Gohan's death to forced Trunks unleashed his SSjin form. What do you guys think?

The manga version, despite the anime being better in this regard. I think Toriyama even said something like “why didn’t I think of that?” after seeing the special.

Canon to the manga, no, since there's already a chapter for it. Canon to the anime, yes, as the framing and context of Trunks' flashback in Super are the same as the TV Special. As far as quality goes though, the TV Special is leagues above the manga equivalent due to having some level of display of Future Gohan's personality and creates more drama, whereas the manga chapter is the definition of a worthless cashgrab.

If what you mean by canon here as the Manga, then no. Of course, the Anime is 8365576742856274x better than the Manag in that regard

You can mix what you like from the manga with what you like from anime/filler/movies into your own headcanon, like Salagir did when he made Multiverse.
