I'm too lazy to check the manga right know, but Chaotsu's dodonpa seemed a bigger threat that Kuririn's Kamehameha, though this is more likely because of Kuririn's lack of experience.

All the Daizenshuu says in comparison to the Kamehameha is that the Dodonpa isn't as wide as the former.

Why the fuck Roshi is shocked at Tenshinhan's Kikoho and say it's >> the Kamehameha when Roshi could destroy a mountain and the fucking moon with it?

Considering no KHH can effect Tenshinhan, we can only conclude that the Kikoho is at least planet-busting level if it needs to be.
