Where did #19 moving Gero's brain to #20 come from? Is that stated in the manga?

I believe it was mentioned that #19 was the one who made Gero a cyborg in either an interview or the Daizenshuu. That, and it seems like the only logical option anyway.

Oh that's interesting. Did #17 think #19 was also formerly a human? After all, he said that Gero caused another of us to die, implying it was one of his type. Later he also wondered why Gero was creating androids/cyborgs with human base upon knowing #16 was fully rorbot, which also implies he didn't think Gero was building androids 100% machines until he got to know #16 was full machine.

My guess he never saw any of Gero's other creations and only had himself and his sister as examples to judge on.

Yeah, everything points to them believing #19 was human based with energy absorption. #18 at least knew that model was much weaker to the infinite model.

#19 actually is a cyborg. Gero kidnapped Kim Jong Un and turned him into an Android.

That Gotenks surpassed Vegeta and the others line is possibly the worst line in all of the books. At least Goku's consistently been described as the strongest warrior even when he clearly isn't (like Gohan even calling him the mightiest when he was over twice as strong as him the last time they met), so the Galu fapping statements at least aren't THAT egregious... Vegeta >= Gotenks pre-Rosat is aids unless it's referring to base Gotenks.

I've seen these things mentioned when that line is talked about:

1) Gotenks only surpassed Vegeta and the others when he reached Super Saiyan 3. So he's still weaker than Vegeta without it.
2) Base Gotenks was inferior to Vegeta prior to training.

The 2nd option makes way more sense than the 1st. There are people who believe Base Gotenks was weaker than Piccolo (one of the others) even though the fucking story goes out of its way to show that this isn't the case. He says no matter how incredible Base Gotenks might be, he's unaware of how fearsome Boo is. Pretty sure Piccolo wouldn't have hesitated to yell, "Hey. You morons aren't even on my level!" if they were weaker. It's stupid. The Boo saga has its fair share of shit, but come on.

The entry actually says "Gotenks and the other" so he'd weaker than guys like Piccolo and Kuririn for the stament make sense.

Actually the worst entry on the Daizenshuu is the Cell Games on Timeline 4. Like wtf?

I suppose SSJ Gotenks > Majin Vegeta > SSJ Gotenks (pre RoSaT) is possible (though stupid).

Though Toriyammer implies that the fusion dance multiplier > the SSJ Multipler which means base Gotenks > SSJ Kids. That makes Majin Vegeta > SSJ Gotenks an impossibility.

Piccolo vs Kaioshin is so clear cut to me. Piccolo keeps questioning his identity, and when Kaioshin read his mind and answered his question, that was enough to make him back out. I don't see a single thing in here to indicate it was about power, especially considering Kaioshin couldn't be sensed.

He does say Shin is dimensions above him though, and both Daizenshuu 4 and 7 confirm he withdrew because of power. Considering Vegeta expected to be able to sense Shin, and Goku actually tried to teleport to Kibitoshin and IIRC Goku does teleport to Kibitoshin/Shin in Super, he sure can be sensed.

Piccolo can't know Kaioshin's power level, so he's clearly talking out of his ass so not to give away his identity..

They all had to ask Piccolo, so clearly they couldn't sense him from 50 feet away, but Piccolo could? Vegeta expecting him to have ki is absolutely normal.

Piccolo definitely didn't sense Kaioshin's power. Vegeta was waiting to see Kaioshin fight so they could measure his power. Piccolo couldn't fight because of who Kaioshin was. He didn't even understand why he was feeling that way.

This is a case of the Daizenshuu writers taking this instance and converting it into a fact. That's not to say Kaioshin isn't above Piccolo. Just that Piccolo walking away has nothing to do with that fact.

Piccolo sure didn't sense who Shin is when he thinks he's the Grand Kaio.

Of course it makes sense. Piccolo was about to fight him. I mean, if they actually thought nobody can sense him, why Goku asked if Shin was too much for him? The Daizenshuu 2 even claims Piccolo sensed the gap between them:

Why they wouldn't be able to sense him? It was never implied at all.
