I don't know why but this franchise is just awful with how it utilises forms. They're essentially treated as minor increases and a hair do.

It was never a problem in the manga. It was somewhat present in the original Toei films and was constantly present in GT. Super has only continued the trend.

And SSJG was treated as some yuge transformation in DBS Broly, only for Broly to surpass it within a minute or so. Then the SSJB transformation had to be all cinematic as though Galu had never used it before. It reminded me of Galu barely being able to use Super Saiyan in M5 despite having already used the form prior. Galu had already used MUI by the time of this film. Why the fuck was SSJB such a big deal? Why did Vegeta not use SSJB or SSJBE? Fucking joke.

SSJBE was an anime only transformation that Toyotaro copied. Toriyama didn't write it into the ToP arc. Essentially it only existed anime-wise to give Vegeta an equivalent to KKx20, and existed in the manga as a consolation prize for Vegeta because he couldn't achieve UI.

He still allowed Toyo to use it in the manga so that's pretty well validating the form. Pretty weird that he wants Super to have 3 different continuities, anime, Toyos (which he approves), and his own. What nonsense.

If this movie followed the anime continuity it'd have Kaioken, and SSJBs wouldn't have auras because of the form already being mastered, if following the manga continuity. It's quite apparent that there are no forms beyond Blue in Toriyama's original drafts except for UI/MUI.

Because Vegeta is always treated as the warm up to Goku in Duragon Ball Super
