They already had mentions of Beerus' title as a God in BoG and FnF, as well as give him the title of God of Destruction in Xenoverse, so I doubt they'd change it. The change to Destroyer in the dub was likely to match the dialogue timing better, since both it and Hakaishin are three syllable words.
Funi wouldn't have a need to do so for censorship, since they've dubbed several titles in the past with just as many, if not more, mentions of religious topics for the same target audience (eg. FMA).

That's good then but it would be cheesy and cringe to see an English cartoon talks about gods since I don't watch an English cartoons with gods in it.

So, a translation from Japan's Channel Broadcast Schedule have revealed the working titles for Episodes 98-101.

Looks like Kuririn's going to get even more spotlight than in his training and sparring episodes, whilst we likely haven't seen the full potential of Kale's LSSJ form. The last episode title also suggests that either Jiren or Toppo will cause a major event in episode 101, most likely the former.

Keep in mind though that the website source of the scans was 2chan, so don't be surprised if this ends up to just be trolling.
