All I know is, Toei needs to put both Goku and Vegeta in their Whis training outfits again. I'm honestly getting tired of their old Z outfits. But, about the arc, I'm honestly looking forward to two out of the rest of the line-up; the Goku vs Arale and Hit episodes. It'll be the first time Goku has ever fought against Arale, since they never did so in the manga when Goku visited Penguin Village during the Red Ribbon arc. I'm excited. I might skip over that baseball episode.

AT will probably announces whatever the next actual saga will be, like he did with Future Trunks Saga so like I said this is probably filler.

Filler has a new meaning I take it? Why not just call them mini arcs or short stories? I mean ccalling it filler is a bit confusing for people who don't know that the anime is ahead of the manga and is canon over the manga.

Manga will take-over after this saga according to the manga-ka, so that'll be ahead of the anime.

It kind-of is filler. They just don't want to take DragonBall Super off the air, so they put something in-between just to fill time until they can figure-out the next actual saga. The next saga (the one we're talking about now, airing next week) probably is only done by Toei.
