Tier 1:

Jack (Those one-liners, though)
Captain Cadaver (Sticks to nothing but solid fact)
Infamous (He never debated BPs, but was top notch)

Tier 2:

Kenshi (Really sick logic, debating skill isn't as impressive... Overrated)
Kamikaze Pyro (The #1 debater on F for reason)
Kyo (KP #2)
p123 (Battle Power champ)
Victorious (One of the most knowledgeable members)
Mike (Probably the best new poster, solid Battle Power logic)
Cooler (Probably not up to par with current P and Vic)

Tier 3:

DaSavage (Really solid, but p123, Vic, and Cooler could all take him now)
Cocoman (solid debater, especially with quotes)
Yoshi (Golden oldie, with good logic and a keen eye on feats)
Koshka (Overall solid, just past his prime)
FutureProtagonist (Great new poster)
GridZero (Never give up mentality, unfortunately not as solid with Battle Powers)
Drew (GridZero's rival)
Clearin (Solid, good composure)
Brofist (those TL;DRs are always well thought out)

Tier 4:

Emmeth (He isn't a Superstar on F for no reason)
SuperSaiyan2 (Good logic, Battle Power knowledge has improved)
Hurry My Curry (good composure, good logic)
Professor Gohan (Knowledgeable)
AdamRPG (Good logic)
Goku_9001 (good with Battle Powers)
Old Man Zangetsu (Battle Power knowledge is something not to be denied)
Moo Cow (Good debater, just not elitist enough)
Sleazy Freeza (Another good Golden Oldie)
Mishimi (Good debater, just doesn't debate BPs)
G_O_G_E_T_A (Gatekeeper to the elites)
