The issue is that Golden Oozaru Goku surpassed Super Baby Vegeta 2.
Nowhere is it suggested that becoming Oozaru causes him to slow down.

I think it does not lose speed, maybe it becomes more clumsy. Still, you have Baby Vegeta Golden Monkey as 3x Goku SSJ4 (FP), being that the latter defeated him without problems.
And following your numbers, how could you explain why you have Super Baby Vegeta 2 being multiple times more powerful than Golden Oozaru Goku, if the latter was clumsier?

because even with goku being a golden oozaru he still couldn't beat baby until he transformed into ssj4
baby just wanted to more power to beat goku he tried anything at that point even becoming a golden ozaru to beat him.

Golden Oozaru Goku was overcoming Super Baby Vegeta 2. The latter escaped to find some strategy.
Golden Oozaru Goku is then shown destroying everything in his path, until Pan talks to Golden Oozaru Goku and makes him see reason and Goku transforms into SSJ4.
Goku SSJ4 begins to humiliate Super Baby Vegeta 2, until Bulma throws the Blutz Beams at Super Baby Vegeta 2, causing him to transform into Baby Vegeta Golden Monkey.
Anyway this doesn't explain why Baby Vegeta Golden Monkey is around 3x Goku SSJ4 (FP), also considering that Goku SSJ4 managed to overcome Baby Vegeta Golden Monkey's final attack.

I was thinking about the following, what if Mecha Frieza in the Anime was using his 50% all the time and only the Death Ball Explosion equals his 100%?
If so, for Frieza it was a warm-up to face Future Trunks, because he had to use his 100% power in an attack.
As for the Manga, Mecha Frieza was at 50% in his resting state, but the moment he attacks Future Trunks he uses his 100%?
Surely Freeza can pass in an instant and without increasing his musculature from 50% to 100%.
Frieza (100%) = 100
Goku SSJ (Namek) = 110
Mecha Frieza 50% = 60
Mecha Freiza 50% (Death Ball) = 120
King Cold = 80
Mecha Frieza 100% (Hypothetical in the Anime) = 120

why would frieza hold back against trunks especially since the young boy was a ssj I'm 100% sure he gave his all against trunks and it wasn't enough to save himself from getting killed death ball or not.
I think he was already at 100% when he fought ssj trunks
the manga is different from the anime hell it even goes in a different direction so you may or may not be right.

At what point does Future Trunks SSJ suppress at 165,000,000?
What is the maximum power that Future Trunks SSJ (Vs Mecha Frieza) has?
It clearly has to be more than 165,000,000 considering how easily he killed Mecha Frieza who has 162,500,000.
