Nobody besides Jinbei here has Haki (Hody iirc didn’t?). I feel like as long as Enel keeps his distance he might win, but I’m not sure. If Jinbei gets a clean hit it’s game over.

Can he fully coat himself in haki? He'd need to, since the electricity would surround him while he's underwater.
