I think these fight are around the same as long as you take into account 19's Android body. I think Vegeta loses Goku with his eyes a couple more times than 19 does with Goku, but it's pretty close. I could give a slight edge to GokuvsVegeta being slightly bigger.

Nineteen launches its whole body like a homing missile and Goku stops it with his one arm only. I think this is an
enormous gap. The way i see it, Goku began with a multifold gap, but his power was going down so fast that,
most part of the fight, the gap was like 1.25x (Ninteen dodged one punch of Goku's).

But yeah, these fights are pretty similar. If Goku had a multi-fold gap, he would have one-shot 19, because that's what multi-fold gaps do.

If #19 did better against Goku than Vegeta did, then yes, he has to be more than 75% of Goku's power going by numbers. I don't think that fits with the other power implications.

Y'know, I actually like that answer. Plus, since he's an android, he likely is able to track movement and better predict fighting patterns than an organic being.
