...Goku is SSjin 2 in movie 10, I think you should see this quote.
That's Akira Toriyama on his notes for chapter 458 which was released on February 15th almost a month before movie 10 was released (TOEI knows Toriyama's plans for the future as he likely wrote the script of at least most of the arc) Not surprising that the note is also in the chapter when Goku and Vegeta transformed into SSjin 2 for the first time.

Toriyama basically gets consulted to what to do with movie 11. That's the only time he has a note like this regarding a movie. Basically TOEI was helpless because they could not use Goku on Movie 11 due to him not revealing all his forms yet. In movie 10, SSjin 2 and in movie 11, SSjin 3. They already used SSjin 2 Gohan in movie 10. Using Vegeta only is also impossible due to him probably shown using SSjin 2 just as majin and it would be pointless to show him alone so they broke the pattern of the movies and used Goten and Trunks as they had a main role during the time of the late budokai. That also explains why Bio Broli is an exception. Toei can't have SSjin 2 Goku in movie 10 because his SSjin 2 was barely in the manga and the fucking fact he was not even used in movie 10 and 11 is this reason because his new forms still did not exist and they can't go ahead of the anime in terms of strength and serious plot as the fucking director himself already said. I keep a lot of information that would end this ridiculous ignorance and even decided to make a video explaining the movies but it's too much info, I don't know where to start and besides, I don't have the power to still talking to walls when they might still ignore it.
