Yea I guess the levels I posted are based on what I saw instead of what their actual levels were at the time. I don't disagree that Freeza has more power with no hands.
At the time is what was shown. Freeza has a solid advantage but not so much he can clown Goku like that. Freeza is definitely more powerful, fast and so on.
