SSJ2 Gohan vs FP Perfect Cell is likely bigger. Cell did a power up that pushed him so far beyond his limits that he turned into a bulky giant, far larger than what he did against Gr3 SSJ Trunks and still got stomped so badly that Gohan made him spit out #18, and then got "vastly" more powerful after his Zenkai and was still weaker than Gohan. Gohan was also holding back killing Cell too quick so he could torture him and make him suffer.

3.- Broly SSJFP (DBS Broly) over Beerus (Goku's estimate).

I don't think that was a large boost. I theorize grade forms become less effective as one masters the Super Saiyan state.

Gauging precise gaps like these often isn't an ideal endeavour or worth dwelling on.

They really went the extra mile to demonstrate how powerless Cell was though. Not that that confirms anything, but it does stand out.

Yeah I can't estimate gaps either. Too many variables and little fights with shown gaps to cling to.

I have them about the same.

Recoome is 66% of Goku. Perfect Cell is likely 60% of Gohan.

So I think Goku VS Recoome is closer to Android #19 and Semi Perfect Cell VS Vegeta, which I both have at 70% of Vegeta respectively.
