And it is shown that when ssj Rose Goku Black hit was blocked, his aura disappeared & he looked exactly like ssj Blue Vegeta when he picked up Trunks by his shirt. So he was powered down, which would imply thst Goku Black still hasn't mastered Rose Form. So his power fluctuates sometimes, who knows. But once he gained his composure, he easily disposed of ssj Blue Vegeta. lol

Which would imply his boost for ssj Rose form went back up. So that implies he hasn't mastered ssj Rose yet, so the example when Goku Black ssj Rose hit Vegeta & Vegeta blocked it can't be used. Because @ that time, he was powered down by alot. lol
