If youre talking about end of black arc Goku vs Halo Zamasu, then Goku slaps using Kaioken, assuming that Immortality doesn't exist or that Infinite Zamasu won't come if his body is obliterated

Goku would stomp. His Kamehameha already overpowered Halo Zamasu's Holy Wrath and I see no reason for his resolve boost there to be temporary.

:toei seem to ignore multipliers for the most part and treat such attacks more like a representation of the user's full power or at most have the amp barely be, such as SS4 Goku's 10x Kamehameha being unable to defeat those not much stronger than himself or Vegeta's Final Explosion only being enough to ring out Toppo.

And what do you think between Goku SSJB (Final Arc Zamasu) vs Merged Zamasu (Halo)?

  I think his Kamehameha must have a small multiplier because Goku needs SSJB Kaioken x2 to defeat Merged Zamasu (Halo).

   Do you think Vegeta increased his power by ending the Vegetto merger, in order to eliminate the tremendous power disadvantage he had compared to Goku? Or simply between the Arc Zamasu and Hit's Mini Arc, Vegeta greatly increased its power?

He most likely closed the gap through training after the arc, considering in the time between the Hit rematch and the ToP, Goku didn't have the time to train properly.

It is very true. What gap do you have between Goku SSJB on Vegeta SSJB at the end of the Arc Zamasu? will be a gap like 2x?

It's directly stated that Goku and Vegeta were improving throughout their battle against Merged Zamasu and were slowly closing the gap between themselves. Goku outta at least be on par with this Zamasu if not stronger.
