Most of the numbers on the Raditz Arc were just rounded, but i'm gonna fix them. What you think about putting Raditz at 1,350? He stated Gohan's enraged power was stronger than Goku, but never states it was stronger than him, and it's also a rival for the Saibamens (1.125x gap).

I don't think 1,500 is too much for Yamcha. He was confident on taking the rest of the Saibamens alone. If he was only >= A Saibamen, then would just be commiting suicide.

I'm gonna fix Goku and Ginyu.

I don't think Freeza being 85% is too much of a gap. Goku had a clearly advantage on him.

Goku was badly injured and worned out when he turned SSJ. IMO Freeza wasn't sure if he could beat Goku because he didn't know the full extense of Goku's power.

17% isn't even near a one shot gap. K3 Goku was 33% stronger than Vegeta and couldn't finish him. Also, Goku had a clearly advantage over Freeza.

Freeza literally outspeeded Goku when he rushed to Porunga, so by that logic Freeza must be stronger than Goku? And even then Goku never had a clear advantage over Freeza until after Porunga.

Oh, i was confusing some moments before and after Porunga. I just read the fight again, and the pre Porunga part is too short to take a good conclusion but they seem to be pretty close by what we see, so i'm gonna high Freeza to 180~190. Btw, Freeza dashed to Porunga before Goku.

No it's not shown. Battles with official levels showed on manga:
Raditz (~1,300) vs Goku and Piccolo (~400): Both are totally outclassed
K2 Goku (>16,000) vs Vegeta (18,000): All he does is partially dodge a blast from Vegeta.
K3 Goku (>24,000) vs Vegeta (18,000): Vegeta his completely hopeless and can't even fight back.
Kui (>18,000) vs Vegeta (24,000): Kui is too scared to fight back and tries to run, but Vegeta effortelessy one shots him.
Only those 4 fights have 100% accurate levels showed on the manga from what a remember now, and none of them seems to show a 1.2x gap is huge. But like i said on my last post, i'm gonna highball Freeza to 180 mi because the fight was really close and i was confusing the momments before and after Porunga.

I think the SBC a perfurating-type attack, like Kienzan is a cut-type attack. Raditz being about equal with the attack doesn't change much that the attack still can mortally injure him.

Not necessarily. He was unable to fight, but he still had some energy left over. I'd have to look back at my numbers, but I think I give him back around 80% of his full power. I can't remember, but yeah it isn't a big deal. Especially since he doesn't really do any physical fighting after he eats the senzu.

I mean, Gohan's Masenko was higher than 2,800. It's his power that was registered at that level through rage. Personally I have Piccolo at 3,660 currently.

Lowering it probably won't hurt. He does seem a bit too close to Piccolo currently, especially the Kamehameha. Also didn't #16 state that Piccolo was equal to #17 when Piccolo had his weights on? I'm not sure there's a difference in power anymore with Piccolo's weights after he fuses with Kami. It doesn't hurt to have it though I suppose as long as you have a minimal increase, like you do.

21st Kuririn > Murasaki. Murasaki was shocked by Goku jumping over a pond which Kuririn should easily be able to do.

Goku's battle level being a 1.5x multiplier seems a bit bloated, don't you think? Vegeta went from relatively even with 16k Kaioken Goku to 18k after his power up and it was treated as a big deal so I don't think anymore than a 1.25x boost is necessary. Plus, Roshi was at a respectable level to Ten so I doubt he was under 80% of his power.

Cymbal is too low. He should be above Kuririn due to Tambourine's shock at him being killed.

Spopovich was obviously stronger than Videl. He had to surpress a chi blast just to not kill her.
