People, this is not for you guys to do power levels here. It's a guideline for people who want to do power levels. These are the characters in the correct order. I'll also be adding other tips as hints. It will be the ultimate guide to making power levels. I get tired of having to correct people's lists, I'm sure you all do as well. This will be a simple method in how to correct a user's list, just simply refer them to the chart.

Yeah, but I wanted to add my numbers in an attempted effort to do a pretty correct list, without having to make another list. I'd also find pretty cool if you put up an explanation to the order you made.

Please edit your previous post to remove those numbers. Continue the discussion by debating the rankings, which I feel should be standard for every list.

I have a different thread for that. KP, for us, we know the placements of all of the poowers 90%. But the key here is getting the noobs up to speed right away. We have a database of knowledge that they can look into in a quick and easy fashion. There are many placements in there that even some of the better people aren't totally aware of. We have it there so they can learn and debate. Everyone's power level lists will get vastly better when they have concrete guidelines like this.

Try to keep the ones that are debatable out of it. Chi Chi vs Bear Bandit is not something I would promote in this list. We want accurate as possible, things that are concrete. I will add in what I think is concrete.

If we follow those tanks gaps and go with 50% MSSJ Goku >>> warm up Goku, then there's no way to have the base Saiyans at the Boo saga around the androids IMO.

That's based on Gero's estimations. Gero said if he absorbed suppressed Piccolo + Gohan, Kuririn and Tenshinhan he'd beat Vegeta. He also said absorbing suppressed Piccolo twice would let him in a position to beat Vegeta. Therefore, absorbing suppressed Piccolo again would provide him the same results as absorbing those aforementioned people.

Is there any concrete proof Piccolo is even with 50% Goku? He thought 50% was his max (He could have heard Goku saying to Korin he was only using 50%, but it's just a guess) and said he couldn't do jack shit against Cell, surprising Trunks. Shouldn't Piccolo be 30-40% of Goku (Which is Warming Up Cell and G3 Trunks on my list)?
