Hit full potential

Killing techniques allowed, how powerful is he and who could he beat currently?

In the anime he could probably defeat Zamasu-Goku, depending on if he kept his power-up which I don't see why not since they called it growth.

He was, but Kenshi had a good explanation that Vegeta most likely just wasn't going all-out yet. The boost for Super-Saiyan Rose weirdly enough doesn't seem to be that high.

@Papasmurf why would Vegeta hold back though? I know it makes sense given that he fought SSJR Black pretty well after, but there is no reason but Toei.

And agreed. SSJR doesn't seem too special, but Black seems to improve with his Saiyan body.

Current Hit would fodderize Zamasu and Black at this point, killing techniques or not.

Base Black seemed superior to SSj Blue Vegeta until Vegeta catches SSj Rose Black's punch and Black visibly struggles with it. I'm still confused by the power scaling.

As for Hit's full potential I'm guessing it's at least superior to KK x10 SSj Blue Goku, based off what Goku says when he quits.

Black seemed to have underestimated Vegeta when his punch was blocked and shit, and going by the fact that even SSJR Black post-Vegeta looked even with Goku in Trunks' eyes for a few seconds or so, fresh SSJR Black couldn't have been far above SSJB, and he already took a hundred hits without much damage. It seems like Vegeta's nature to toy with the opponent considering Zarbon, Jheese, #19, Semi Cell, etc. as well.

Goku said that he was probably going to run-out of power sooner.

Also Hit's potential is growing with whoever he supposedly faces that higher than him, so we can only talk about his current maximum.

Hit's full potential should be greater than SSJB Kaioken 10x Goku but not much, maybe like Kid Gohan/Boo Arc Goku.
