How Do I Become A Moderator?

I'd like to begin purging the scourge of this forum. Well, it seems I like being active on this forum. How do I go even further beyond to a moderator?

I recommend Nila as a Super Moderator. He was very active on Planet Vegeta as a Super Moderator until his departure at the end of 2016.

If he becomes Staff, we might have to rearrange the rest of the Staff on here as well. Like demoting inactive members like Captain Cadaver, Void, Emmeth, and Spiral Force.
