How many times is Ultimate Gohan stronger than SSJ3 Goku

Why wouldn't he surpass SSJ2 in Base? He quickly surpasses Super Saiyan 3 in Base a week later. The only reason to have him less than Majin Vegeta is to meet him to make a bullshit 50x boost work. That's horseshit.

Super Saiyan is a shit boost for fusion powers. Base Gotenks cannot be glorified this much if he isn't at least Ssj2 level.

Base Gotenks is clearly way above KibitoShin.

RIght. The boost is implied to be small as Piccolo wasnt all that hyped about SSJ Gotenks which would mean that he isn't out standily more powerful. He also questioned his speed when he knows that Gotenks should be far faster. Base Gotenks being weaker than Vegeta doesn't really contradict anything but it still makes more sense he is more powerful.

Fusion SSJ boost is around 2.5x - 5x in my opinion.

The only problem I have with this boost it that I'd prefer that Base Vegetto to be stronger than Ultimate Gohan but then he would be only ever so stronger than Boohan which is contradicted by SSJ Vegetto treating him like a rag doll even when holding back.

He questions his speed because his power is clearly enough to defeat Buu. He wants to make sure the fusion went perfectly and there are no speed/power issues. After seeing two failures of fusion and seeing a cocky Base Gotenks, he wants to be 100% sure before giving Gotenks the ok to fight Buu.

A 2.5x boost is more than enough to make

SSJ Vegetto >> Buuhan > Base Vegetto > Ultimate Gohan

Buu isn't 10x weaker than Vegetto, 2-3x is more than enough for the feats he pulled off.

I dont know, he was easily able to throw back everything Boohan threw at him, and he still was more than capable of handling him even when he was turned to candy. Not to mention he was holding back in order to not destroy Boo, makes me believe that he could have 1-shotted him if he felt like it. Even Old Kai implied it.

Vegetto at minimum is 10x for me.

Who says they couldn't do that with smaller gaps? If similar feats means similar gaps, then Pure Boo verse Innocent Boo is ~25x like Goku verse Freeza.

Can it get smaller? Sure. Do you have any examples of it getting smaller? No. So for the time being, I'd say Pure Boo vs Good Boo is about the lowest that gap can get.

But in all seriousness, even if it has to be bigger than 1.5x, I think 1.66x-2x could still work fine. It doesn't necessarily contradict anything, and I like to keep Vegetto as low as possible.

All of the feats you mentioned AA are capable of being done with a 1.5x gap. 10x gap for that fight is definitely not required.

Fighting back as a candy doesn't seem to be a power thing, he retains his power, but something else is going on there.

Anyway, for Vegetto/Boo I'd go with 1.5-2x, and for Gohan/Goku, 100x at least.

I don't see how anyone can get 100x with the current set shown personally, but to each their own.

Gohan's potential being the greatest still seems to be top notch but they removed him from the story. Vegeta admits to this in the new chapter in DBS manga.

There's really not much you can do with Gohan after that Elder Kai power up. The only move is to make Super Saiyan God a pure Saiyan exclusive form. Which is a stretch, hell, let's not pretend Super Saiyan God makes sense at all here right? But yea...
