Ok I am still on my phone so I will try.
1. When was it ever portrayed Kizaru could kill Marco easily if he wanted to.
2. Kizaru at first was focused on WB but later changed his focus to Marco. That is why he specifically used Yasakani no Magatama toward him. Kizaru was never trying to avoid him and go straight to WB. Even if he did it doesn't change that they were engaged in a equal battle.
He was focused on WB and didn't care to finish off the battle in front of him. For all we know they weren't taking the fight seriously and just watching WB. Kizaru is the carefree type afterall. He won't let something like pride make him fight.

Once again if Kizaru took Marco seriously he could have shot him with his light missile once he was taken down. Instead he's been given the opportunity to come back and make a serious difference in the war.

The only thing we know for certain is that Marco can temporarily wall Admirals.

He didn't finish the battle because obviously taking down the king first would be the best option but when they were engaged in a battle with each other they were equals. Also who would have really taken down Marco for Kizaru to get the chance to beam him. Kizaru wasn't really able to do anything to Marco until he got distracted. I still don't see why you think Marco is much weaker than the admirals and only a good wall. Maybe I am mis interpreting your words or maybe I can't really get my point through

Sauce for being equals in the battle? We have no idea what happened in the battle, for all we know nothing at all happened. Marco was in seastone cuffs. If he was considered an ongoing admiral level threat in the war he'd have been given the order to be killed. Having an admiral level threat effectively takes out 1/3 of your strongest weapon. Marco was paired with Ikanov/Crocodile/etc as lower than admiral to let Luffy get away. That's why I'm saying he's definitely not admiral level.

So you dont think Ben Beckman, Sabo, or any firstmate is admiral level?

At that point they had already reached their goal of killing Ace and Whitebeard. It wasnt as important anymore to get the Yonko commanders because as they say people are nothing without their king. Also we saw the outcome of the battle. Neither were scratched and they were both fine. That is a definite equal battle. Also are you saying that Marco and Ivankv are on the same level.

Last two could be, although I doubt it. There wasn't enough showing to conclude either way. But by default someone needs to prove that they're on level as the Navy's strongest.

You're not even referencing the same time as I am. I'm talking about when Marco was taken into seastone cuffs. At the time Ace was still in chains WB was still at large. If Marco was equal to 1/3 of the Navy's strongest he'd have been killed at the time to give a huge decisive advantage.

And neither of them scratching sounds more like they just didn't fight each other and watched the rest of the battle rather than them actually fighting. That sounds very in character for Kizaru. Now where is the evidence of the great unseen fight making them equals?

Lol Gear 4th should not even compare to Jozu yet. Kizaru unlock d his kick and then was sent flying. They were trading sarcastic jokes as if they were equals like oh that hurts. I dont see where is the evidence that Kizaru was stronger. Also at that point Marco was extremely weakened. He had been hit by 5 beams to the chest
Gear 4th Luffy > Doflamingo > Jozu. Jozu was overpowered by Doflamingo's strings, whereas Gear 4th Luffy stomped Doflamingo.
I could agree with the last point if it weren't for the rejuvenative factor of Marco's DF, which should've kept him near top form at that point.

Jozu was hit off guard by parasite. Also he had been handcuffed by seastone pretty much the whole time so by the time he got out the sea stone he was engaged in a fight so he wouldnt be able to fully regenerate if anything. Also another thing I would like to point out is that once Marco is injured it takes a while for him to regenerate. Thats why when Marco was trying to go WB when he had gotten hit by magma he wasnt really regenerating. Also his regeneration has a limit. I think he was at his limit by them. Also at the end of Marineford you can see Marco completely weakened and injured. That makes me think he never really ended up regenerating from his wounds.

Was Sabo stronger than Fujitora when they fought? I can't recall if anyone had an edge.
