How strong is Android Piccolo compared to Goku/Vegeta?

How strong is Android Saga Piccolo compared to SSJ Goku and SSJ Vegeta at the same time? Is he above Frieza? Above Yardrat Goku?

Piccolo is noticeably weaker than the Android arc Super Saiyans, but above the Super Saiyans from 3 yrs back. He also appears to be above Super Saiyan Goku when he was fighting #19.

If Android arc SS Vegeta is a 100, then Piccolo would be about a 75.

I think what I really should have asked is how strong the Android Arc SSJs are compared to Yardrat Goku and Piccolo.

I think, as far as I can remember I had them like:

SSJ Goku: 100
Piccolo: 80

The SSJs are still grouped above him... but Trunks sits below the other two... so, you need a bit of a gap... depends on how big you want the gaps either side of Trunks.

EDIT: Oh and I think I had [Yardrat] SSJ Goku around 60. At work... so can't check.

I don't think Piccolo necessarily rivals the Super Saiyans, but he should be many levels above the Super Saiyan's from 3 years ago.

Piccolo is 3rd Form Freeza level if he's lucky. He can't reach Super-Saiyan level until his fusion with Kami. Use brains please, people.

A very distant rival to the Super Saiyans at best. I clock him around 65-70% of Super Saiyan Vegeta. The Android Saga Super Saiyans come out about a little over double their previous powers.

Piccolo is noticeably above the Mecha Freeza arc SSJs, as he displayed confidence going up against the androids stated to be above Trunks and Goku... but is still a couple of steps behind the androids arc SSJs, whom are generally grouped together [by Tenshinhan and Kami], while Piccolo is left out. In numbers, something like:

Trunks SSJ [Mecha arc] 10
Goku SSJ [Mecha arc] 11
Expected androids 14
Piccolo [androids arc] 15
Trunks SSJ [androids arc] 17.5
Goku SSJ [androids arc] 19
Vegeta SSJ [androids arc] 20
