How strong is Android Piccolo compared to Goku/Vegeta?

I can't get with the 2x boost anymore, not unless I nerf some gaps. I could buy Vegeta being a distant rival to Android #18 if it wasn't for Imperfect Cell being heavily implied to be stronger than him. Cell himself wasn't said to be a rival to the androids like suppressed Piccolo was, and Piccolo had a decent gap on Cell. Even pushing non-merged Piccolo up to, like, 75% of Vegeta, that doesn't leave me with enough room to allow Cell and suppressed Kamiccolo to breathe...all while still keeping Vegeta around Future 18/17 and that whole mess.

Yeah. It's more a result of just working out to be that much rather than it intentionally being 2.25x.

Ideally pre-Fusion Piccolo would be even weaker compared to the Super Saiayan, but it makes it harder to justify #20 post > #19 post.

Number 18: 67.5 (she said she was serious against Vegeta, which would put her way below 17)

Piccolo: 37.5
Trunks: 16.5 (if he'd improved even close to Piccolo's level he could've beaten the Future Androids on his own, I think)

The thing is, only weighted Piccolo was said to rival the androids. I know you don't have Cell rivalling 17, but I'd have to think he wouldn't rival either of them.

I don't think it was too significant. Piccolo was still capable of stomping Cell after regenerating his arm with the weights on, so I'd think his drain was pretty minimal.

I don't think so. It's a tricky situation to be honest. Piccolo powered up, so I don't see why it wouldn't be to full. I think Cell has pretty good durability, so the attacks he got from Piccolo didn't phase him too much - making the gap look closer.

So, Piccolo's confidence stems from where exactly then SSJ2? He seems to think he would finish Cell right then and there, I don't think he needs to take the weights off. Cell taunts him and says that it wouldn't be easy.

I'm a bit torn on that.

I don't think Trunks should be that far from Vegeta. The latter couldn't outrun the former when he was trying to. Plus, you've got Piccolo closer to Trunks than you have Trunks to Vegeta, which seems off.
