How strong is base Goku?

There is zero hax suggested for Mr. Buu or Uub in the manga though. They required Dai Kaioshin to bring it out of them they can’t do it on their own. Uub at EoZ has no training.

Also, who cares about the anime? The anime goes by the Base = SSJG hax? You can’t have it both ways. If you wish to remove the Base = God that means you completely abandon the anime and only focus on the manga. There’s no other way.

Maybe for Mr Boo, but I don’t think what Dai did to Oob was very different from what Goku did. He just instructed him on how to use his power in that one moment, he didn’t draw it for him.

I actually find the anime easier to understand than the manga nowadays. Once you get over the Toeism you can at least tell who beats who, which is better than what the manga does. But yeah, doing Base > SSJG might be the way to go in the anime. No need to complicate it.

It's complicated because SSJG is still a form. Still being able to turn into a SSJG defeats the purpose of having God Power in base.

Ironically I think Oozaru power helped me come to terms with this. Goku unlocks Oozaru power when he drinks the water, but he uses Oozaru power again to kill Piccolo and he could still transform.
