How strong is Gogeta? (manga)

Goku wanted to use fusion with Vegeta against Super Boo. Gohan Boo also said their fusion would be futile against him. How strong are we saying Gogeta is considering this? Was Gohan Boo full of shit?

I think there is a rival boost for both fusion methods, otherwise Vegetto >>> Gogeta. But I have no idea what kind of boost Gokhan would get. Fusion is such a wild card.

As awesome as Gogeta is and as cool as he was in M12, no way is he losing to any Buu. I have Gogeta as second strongest in the series, a suiting place for him.

Gokhan is obviously way stronger than the two Goku/Vegeta fusions, but Super Vegetto is still the highest power actually displayed.

Gogeta is an equal trump card to Vegetto. Gogeta definitely gets a rivals boost.

Well Goku is 4x stronger than Vegeta, at minimum. That's gotta count for something. I think Vegetto being a healthy 1.5x stronger is much more reasonable here. You gotta make Vegetto >> Gogeta by a decent margin, at least at this portion of the series.

He's not. I have Gokhan over 20x stronger than Vegetto. Ultimate Gohan is a tremendous power, his fusion with Goku should be way stronger than Goku's fusion with Vegeta. Just common sense really.

Potara deserves more respect. Toriyama spent half the arc hyping up the fusion dance. He then felt the need to hype the shit out of the potara boost and stress how much better it was. It doesn't sound like a 1.5x difference.

Because it's not. Elder Kaioh-shin wasn't saying that Gokuu and Vegeeta being rivals made the fusion stronger; if anything, he was just saying it made Vegett the ideal fighter or whatever.

It's arbitrary as hell, too. Gokuu is far stronger than Vegeeta and he doesn't even see him as a much of a rival. It's Vegeeta who's obsessed with Gokuu.

I think Toriyama would want Super Gogeta to trounce Buuhan as well. That takes priority for me.

It's pretty hard to picture that when Gotenks needed SSJ3 to be on par with Super Boo. The adults aren't exponentially stronger than the kids.
