How strong is Jinbei?

And how strong do you think he’ll get, if at all. He blocked attacks from Akainu and Big Mom, but went mid diff against a Tobbi Roppo.

I tend to put him around Jack. A lot of people put him way higher but I think his Wano performance was lacking.

I think Jack is a pretty fair level. If the Straw Hats are meant to be mirroring other Yonko's crews, they shouldn't have 3 commanders being that powerful. Jinbe should have fought Jack in Wano.

What if One Piece was all underwater? Would he beat Shanks? He could solo the admirals. Chew could solo the admirals underwater. Could Jinbei beat Sanji, Rayleigh, Mihawk, Shanks and Roger, underwater? One at a time, with 30 minutes rest in between.
