How strong is Jiren?

Not a debate or troll thread. As someone who's catching up on the series, I have no idea where he stands, but the amount of topics about him obviously point to Jiren being maximum. Is this guy top dog now in in the DBS series?

The angels never fight outside of the training so that leaves Zeno and the Hakaishins that has an ability to destroy.

Zeno is that little kid who showed up in the U6 arc and Hakaishin simply means God of destruction.

Not exactly top dog of the series, since as far as we know, he's no match for any of the angels. However, he is stated to be stronger than Hakaishins, making him indeed the top dog as far as mortals are concerned.

Whis practically stated that Jiren > Belmod > Beerus, and both of those two seem to be the strongest Hakaishin, at least in the manga.

Whis said that Belmod is stronger than Beerus but but Beerus said he only lose in an arm wrestling match so that's still debatable though.

Well it was commented that Jiren suppressed was God Of Destruction level, & Jiren is stronger than Belmod.

That's debatable though. Given that Whis who knew that Jiren was suppressed and killing Goku, it's likely that he came to conclusion that full powered Jiren is stronger than a Hakaishin.
