How strong is Super Janemba?

Goku is always standing longer than everyone else in the movies.

Well it should make sense for the "hero" of that particular movie to stand up I mean it would be wierd for him to fall down and then wake up and be like I can still do dis *pulls off random finishing move* it's better for him to just keep trying till he finds a weak spot and preform the finishing blow.
