But the arc itself implies magic makes a fighter much stronger, doesn't it? Moro was physically weaker than Super Saiyan Blue but could beat them with his magic allowed. Same with Dabura and Gohan, and Babidi and Kaioshin.

I was reading the saga this weekend and it’s actually said Dai Kaioshin lost plenty of his power, not just magic. I think he was originally above SSJB Goku and Vegeta since Moro compared them at one point.

After the Dai Kaioshin uses his technique against Moro, he temporarily loses a lot of power. South Kaioshin surpasses the power of the Dai Kaioshin (Post weakened by using Moro's technique).
