Some people over at F have Vegeta and Goku's base being 10 times stronger than SSJG. Meanwhile I have Goku and Vegeta not even being able to touch SSJG level without Blue.

Base Goku and Vegeta DID NOT surpass or reached the level of SSjinG. In order for them to surpass that godly form they need another godly form which is SSjinB. Both the anime and the Manga showed that the base Saiyans aren't godly yet.
Depends on if we're talking about just the form or characters that possess/possessed it. The Super Saiyan God ritual ought to still be useful for those that haven't ascended with it or achieved Blue, especially since non-God Saiyans like Gohan, Kale, and Caulifla are still somewhat relevant right now; imagine how much more relevant they'd be post-SSJG. If we're talking about SSJG Goku from the BoG Saga Anime, Beerus suggested that this level of power was far greater than what SSJ2 Goku and Zamasu were exhibiting in their sparring match.

However, Goku's gains since his battle w/ Beerus up until now are huge when you stack them all up, so God Goku from back then may as well be considered fodder in comparison to current Goku and those that are at least fairly relevant to him in power right now. Manga-wise, Super Saiyan God isn't a one-time thing; it can be tapped in and out of like other SSJ forms. Its multiplier doesn't seem to be too far off from the boost SSJB gives, so it isn't fodder in this context.
I'd say post-RoSaT SSJG Vegeta is stronger than FnF arc SSJBs, so current SSJGs aren't necessarily fodder. I'd only have (non-completed) SSJB a 1.4 or 1.5x boost from SSJG tops anyway.
In the manga, definitely not. In the anime, there's no reason to suspect the boost from Beerus was temporary. I don't think they've surpassed Super Saiyan God in their base, but they're far beyond it as Super Saiyans.
In the anime, it's complete fodder. At least the level of Goku from BoG is. Seemingly everybody in the cast has surpassed that level of power, for better or worse.
The manga has done a fairly good job of keeping that level relevant. Goku and Vegeta shouldn't be more than a few times stronger currently (without Complete Blue) than Goku was during his fight with Beerus. Fusions obviously don't count.
