Do not argue much, M11 indicates that Goku SSJ2 (Boo / M11) needs help from Pikkon (M11) to defeat Broly LSSJ (M10). Therefore Broly LSSJ (M10) is a bit more powerful than Goku SSJ2 (Boo), therefore Broly LSSJ (M8) is a bit more powerful than Goku SSJ (Boo), but less than Perfect Cell (FP).

I also believe that Goku SSJ (50%)> Broly SSJ (M8)> Trunks USSJ> Broly RSSJ> Goku MSSJ (Laid against Cell) = Goku SSJ (M8). But I have to Broly LSSJ (M8), practically being overwhelmingly more powerful than SSJ Goku Super Kamehameha (M8).
