This seems like a match up that is unwinnable for both sides. Jozu wouldn't be able to stop Marco from regenerating himself while Marco wouldn't be able to cause any real damage to Jozu I think.
Well I don’t think Jozu can fight offensively with his whole body being diamond. We’ve only seen a portion of him being diamond when he attacks if I’m remembering correctly. Marco would have to hit his weak spots.
Oda:Marco ought to win. Along with the reasons of his speed, healing factor and strength as SSJ2 mentioned, Jozu's only been shown to be incredibly durable against standard physical strikes and cutting attacks whereas he's highly vulnerable to less conventional attacks such as Doflamingo's strings. I doubt he'd be able to endure the heat of Marco's flames for long, both from the damage they'd cause and the fatigue provided from intense heat in general.
