This seems like a match up that is unwinnable for both sides. Jozu wouldn't be able to stop Marco from regenerating himself while Marco wouldn't be able to cause any real damage to Jozu I think.

I think Marco would win with extreme difficulty. Jozu isn't infallible and was felled in one strike when he dropped his guard. If Marco could catch him off guard somehow he'd be able to deal some damage. Jozu would be able to damage Marco but he has nearly infinite healing abilities. I'd give it to Marco 6-7/10.

Well I don’t think Jozu can fight offensively with his whole body being diamond. We’ve only seen a portion of him being diamond when he attacks if I’m remembering correctly. Marco would have to hit his weak spots.

Seems like he could cover quite a lot of his body.

Did he do that in the manga? I only recall him doing that to block Mihawk's attack

What is he even doing there though? Is he attacking?

Marco ought to win. Along with the reasons of his speed, healing factor and strength as SSJ2 mentioned, Jozu's only been shown to be incredibly durable against standard physical strikes and cutting attacks whereas he's highly vulnerable to less conventional attacks such as Doflamingo's strings. I doubt he'd be able to endure the heat of Marco's flames for long, both from the damage they'd cause and the fatigue provided from intense heat in general.

Oda:
Yeah… To explain Marco’s ability just a little bit: he’s Zoan, so he does have a body. But since he’s got “the blue fire of revival” – the Phoenix’s ability – wounds will regenerate, so attacks will not damage him (though there’s a limit to the regeneration). In other words, the flames are for regeneration. These blue flames don’t have the characteristics of actual fire – they don’t spread and burn things, and they aren’t hot. They’re completely different from Ace’s flames.”

I guess it will be a battle of attrition then. Marco doesn't take damage but will eventually lose stamina. Jozu won't take damage if he focuses on defense, but he's still vulnerable when attacking from what I can tell. I'll stand by what I said earlier, Marco wins 6-7/10.

I'm not saying you're wrong I just don't know exactly what kind of damage Marco could deal to Jozu that would be significant enough to beat him.

Yea I have trouble visualizing it as well. If you look at how Jozu attacked Crocodile and Aokiji, only his arm was covered in diamond. Maybe Marco could hit his weak spots with Bluebird or with his talon attack. I'd have to think Marco would be somewhat faster than Jozu so it's possible he could get the jump on him before he could activate his diamond form.

I have trouble visualizing it too because from what I hear from people, Marco apparently has fairly low offensive output. Jozu on the other hand is a big ass brute with a diamond body. I guess he could use his talons to pierce a vital organ or something when taken off guard.

Well I wouldn't go that far personally. He was capable of clashing with Big Mom offensively, so his Haki has to be among the best in the series. He's also wearing down both King and Queen who are likely awakened ancient zoans (both of which have top level durability). Jozu should be up there with them in terms of durability. Maybe we'll see more from Marco in the upcoming chapters that will flesh out his offense.
