Jiren still wins. UI Goku was just strong enough to keep up with Jiren and that has to do with UI being untrained yet.

Jiren's probably still stronger. Hell, it's possible he was fighting UI Goku with the suppressed power that he used against KKx20 Goku/Spirit Bomb. Although, Goku will probably get stronger later on.

Beerus literally shit his pant when he saw Goku in that form. But then again, he did the same thing with SSjinB KK10X Goku from U6 tournament. I think Goku is still somewhat weaker than Beerus but he's there in that level.

Well, he did stated that he doesn't believe Goku could beat him. Perhaps he didn't thought Goku could master a technique as powerful as the Kaioken.

More importantly, the context is completely different from U6 arc. Jiren was all, but stated to be as strong, if not stronger than a Hakaishin. To counter him, Goku had to use a power that even gods fails to master AND fears. If Goku isn't above Beerus at this point, he's certainly getting there.

Definitely. Making any retcon at this point, when it's all but stated and shown that Goku is pretty much at Hakaishin level, would be one one of the worst mistakes :toei could make. This kind of statement is no joke.
