Piccolo basically confirmed pre-RoSaT Gotenks is higher, what do you have to deny that besides you wanting to nerf the gap?

Buff Boo is the result of Kid Boo absorbing South Kaioshin, that's said in the manga. Not gonna say South Kaioshin provided an additional boost to Kid Boo's power though, because Buff Boo's gap over Kid Boo is implied to be gigantic.
