What I am going to do now is to show a mathematical evidence of how the movies relate between the Manga chapters and the Anime episodes, what were both the last Manga chapter and Anime episode released prior to a movie's release respectively, plus their time gap between both the last chapter of the Manga and the last episode of the Anime prior to a movie's release respectively. So let's begin

Movie 1: Dead Zone (July 15 1989)
Last Manga chapter prior to Movie 1's release (Chapter 232):

Screenshot_20221007-015127_Chrome.jpg

In this chapter, Vegeta just created the artifical moon in order to transform into an Oozaru.

Last Anime episode prior to Movie 1's release (Episode 11)

Screenshot_20221007-015511_Chrome.jpg

In this episode, Vegeta and Nappa are on Planet Arlia and they destroy the planet in the end of the episode.

Now for the time skip between the events of the last Manga chapter prior to Movie 1's release to the events of the last Anime episode prior to Movie 1's release. The events of chapter 232 in the Manga are comparable to episode 31 in the Anime. That means a there is a lack of 20 episodes until the Anime will get to the point where the Manga is at that time of movie 1's release. 20 episodes are roughly 5 months of time skip so let's see what was the last Manga chapter 5 months prior to Movie 1's release:

Screenshot_20221007-160406_Chrome.jpg

This chapter is during the time Goku is training at Kaio's planet and before Nappa and Vegeta arrived. Raditz was still the strongest enemy at that point. There was no change in terms of power for a long time in the Anime after the release of Movie 1 (after episode 11) until the Z senshi fight the Saibaimen in the Anime in episode 23

Movie 2: The World's Strongest (March 10 1990)
Last Manga chapter prior to Movie 2's release (Chapter 265)

Screenshot_20221007-020650_Chrome.jpg

In this chapter, Krillin gets his power up from the Saichouro and Vegeta gets healed after getiing beaten up by Zarbon

Last Anime episode prior to Movie 2's release (Episode 39)

Screenshot_20221007-021641_Chrome.jpg

In this episode, Gohan, Krillin and Bulma are in outer space on their way to Namek

Now for the time skip between the events of the last Manga chapter prior to Movie 2's release to the events of the last Anime episode prior to Movie 2's release. The events of chapter 265 in the Manga are comparable to episodes 54-55 in the Anime. That means a there is a lack of 15-16 episodes until the Anime will get to the point where the Manga is at that time of movie 2's release. 15-16 episodes are roughly 4 months of time skip so let's see what was the last Manga chapter roughly 4 months prior to Movie 2's release (Due to chapter 265 fitting to both episodes 54-55 making it 15-16 episodes gap, I will post both Manga chapters released 15-16 weeks before Movie 2's release respectively):

Screenshot_20221007-000941_Chrome.jpg

The first chapter is when Vegeta kills Cui on Namek and the next chapter is when Goku gets healed in the hospital and flies towards Bulma's house so he can fly to Namek. Take in mind, this chapter also state that Vegeta's BP is 24,000 when he kills Cui. Movie 2 is also released 3 episodes before episode 42 where Vegeta gets his Zenkai after being healed. Notice even episode 42 title:

Screenshot_20221007-024249_Chrome.jpg

Seems suspicious to Movie 2 Doctor Uiru? Doctor Uiru ~ 24k Vegeta? At least Initially?

Movie 3: The Tree Of Might (July 7 1990)
Last Manga chapter prior to Movie 3's release (Chapter 281)

Screenshot_20221007-022806_Chrome.jpg

In this chapter, Goku was fighting against Jiece and Burter.

Last Anime episode released before Movie 3's release (Episode 54)

Screenshot_20221007-023047_Chrome.jpg

In this episode, Krillin gets his power up from Guru and Vegeta is recovering in Freeza's spaceship from the beatdown he fot from Monster Zarbon.

Now for the time skip between the events of the last Manga chapter prior to Movie 3's release to the events of the last Anime episode prior to Movie 3's release. The events of chapter 281 in the Manga are comparable to episode 67 in the Anime. That means a there is a lack of 13 episodes until the Anime will get to the point where the Manga is at that time of movie 3's release. 13 episodes are roughly 3 months and a week of time skip so let's see what was the last Manga chapter roughly 3 months and a week prior to Movie 3's release:

Screenshot_20221006-234330_Chrome.jpg

This chapter is after Vegeta killed Zarbon and when Krillin and Gohan were on the way to the Saichorou so Gohan get his potential unlocked. Vegeta at that point had the strongest "base" power and had a BP of 30k. Sounds familiar to Movie 3?
Goku was stated to have a BP of 30k and rising and Tullece was rivalling him. Also 3 episodes after Movie 3's release is where Vegeta kills Zarbon. Look again at the pattern between Anime episodes and Manga chapters gaps. Also, Notice how Movie 2 was released while the last chapter in the Manga was when Krillin got his power up while Movie 3 was released when the last ANIME EPISODE was when Krillin got his power up? Seems to be a pattern here.

Movie 4: Lord Slug (March 9 1991)
Last Manga chapter released prior to Movie 4's release (Chapter 315)

Screenshot_20221007-024823_Chrome.jpg

In this chapter, Goku is still charging the Genki Gama vs Freeza while Piccolo comes to his aid and kicks Freeza away.

Last Anime episode released prior to Movie 4's release (Episode 81)

Screenshot_20221007-025116_Chrome.jpg

In this episode Weighted Piccolo is fighting Second Form Freeza and is able to overpower him.

Now for the time skip between the events of the last Manga chapter prior to Movie 4's release to the events of the last Anime episode prior to Movie 4's release. The events of chapter 315 in the Manga are comparable to episode 93 in the Anime. That means a there is a lack of 12 episodes until the Anime will get to the point where the Manga is at that time of movie 4's release. 12 episodes are roughly 3 months of time skip so let's see what was the last Manga chapter roughly 3 months prior to Movie 4's release:

Screenshot_20221007-025656_Chrome.jpg

This chapter is after Freeza transforms into his final form and after Vegeta gets his last Zenkai from Dende. Strongest characters at that point are "Super Saiyajin" Vegeta and "Super Freeza". Seems suspicious as in Movie 4, Goku transforms into "Super Saiyajin" and Slug's strongest form is called "Super Namekian". Also, once again the pattern. 3 episodes after Movie 4's release, we get "Super Saiyajin Veegta" and Final Form Freeza fighting where Freeza is shown to be stronger than Vegeta.

False Super Saiyajin Goku ~ "Super Saiyajin Vegeta"?
Giant Slug ~ Initial Final form Freeza?

Movie 5: Cooler's Revenge (20 July 1991)
Last Manga chapter released prior to Movie 5's release date. (Chapter 333)

Screenshot_20221007-030621_Chrome.jpg

In this chapter, Goku returns to Earth from Yardrat.

Last Anime episode released prior to Movie 5 (Eposode 99)

Screenshot_20221007-030306_Chrome.jpg

In this episode SSjin Goku and 100% Freeza are fighting with them clashing with the Kamehameha and the Nouva strike in the end of this episode

Now for the time skip between the events of the last Manga chapter prior to Movie 5's release to the events of the last Anime episode prior to Movie 5's release. The events of chapter 333 in the Manga are comparable to episodes 121-122 in the Anime. That means a there is a lack of 22-23 episodes until the Anime will get to the point where the Manga is at that time of movie 5's release. 22-23 episodes are roughly 5 and half months of time skip. Howevver, this time there is a bigger gap between the events of the Manga and the Anime because Toei included the Gatlic Jr Arc filler between the time Namek explodes till the time Mecha Freeza arrives on Earth which was between episodes 108-117 which are ten episodes. So let's cut 10 episodes from the 22-23 episodes gap between the Manga events and the anime events and we get 12-13 episodes gap. 12-13 episodes gap are roughly 3 months and a week time skip so let's see what was the Manga chapter roughly 3 months and a week time prior to Movie 5's release [Due to chapter 333 fitting to both episodes 121-122 making it 12-13 episodes gap (without Garlic Jr episodes) , I will post both Manga chapters released 12-13 weeks before Movie 5's release respectively]:

Screenshot_20221007-000650_Chrome.jpg

First chapter is when Freeza goes 100% and starts fighting SSjin Goku. Next chapter ends with Goku and Freeza clashing with Kamehameha and Super Nouva. Once again Movie 5 was released at that exact point of the Super Nouva and the Kamehameha but in the Anime. Same pattern of the movies of March and July. There is no progression in terms of power in the Anime for a long time. Coola just surpasses Freeza while Goku is stronger in Movie 5 than he was on Namek as stated.

Movie 6: The Return of Cooer (March 7 1992)
Last Manga chapter prior to Movie 6's release (Chapter 363)

Screenshot_20221007-031852_Chrome.jpg

In this chapter, Kamiccolo fights Imperfect Cell in Ginger town.

Last Anime episode prior to Movie 6's release date (Episode 130)

Screenshot_20221007-032112_Chrome.jpg

In this episode, SSjin Vegeta kills Android 19 and Android 20 runs to the mountains to hide.

Now for the time skip between the events of the last Manga chapter prior to Movie 6's release to the events of the last Anime episode prior to Movie 6's release. The events of chapter 363 in the Manga are comparable to episode 143 in the Anime. That means a there is a lack of 13 episodes until the Anime will get to the point where the Manga is at that time of movie 6's release. 13 episodes are roughly 3 months and a week of time skip so let's see what was the last Manga chapter roughly 3 months and a week prior to Movie 6's release:

Screenshot_20221007-003542_Chrome.jpg

In this chapter, SSjin Vegeta was fighting Android 18 with Android 18 overpowering him. In the Anime, 3 episodes later, Android 18 and 17 make their the debut. The same pattern.

Metal Coola ~ Android 18?

Movie 7: Super Android 13 (July 11 1992)
Last Manga chapter released prior to Movie 7's release (Chapter 381)

In this chapter, Semi Perfect Cell finally absorbs Android 18

Last Anime episode released prior to Movie 7's release (Episode 147)

Screenshot_20221007-033238_Chrome.jpg

In this episode, Vegeta and Future Trunks entered the RoSaT and Kamiccolo was about to begin his fight against Android 17.

Now for the time skip between the events of the last Manga chapter prior to Movie 7's release to the events of the last Anime episode prior to Movie 7's release. The events of chapter 381 in the Manga are comparable to episode 159 in the Anime. That means a there is a lack of 12 episodes until the Anime will get to the point where the Manga is at that time of movie 7's release. 12 episodes are roughly 3 months of time skip so let's see what was the last Manga chapter roughly 3 months prior to Movie 7's release:

Screenshot_20221007-004055_Chrome.jpg

In this chapter, Imperfect Cell is beating the shit out of Kamiccolo and Android 17. The pattern again, 3 episodes later Imperfect Cell fights Android 17 and Kamiccolo.

Super 13 ~ Imperfect Cell?

Movie 8: Broly The Legendary Super Saiyan (6 March 1993)
Last Manga chapter released prior to Movie 8's release (Chapter 412)

In this chapter, Cell self explodes on Kaio's planet.

The last Anime episode released prior to Movie 8's release (Episode 176)

In this episode, Satan challenges Cell but gets thrown away like a bitch.

Now for the time skip between the events of the last Manga chapter prior to Movie 8's release to the events of the last Anime episode prior to Movie 8's release. The events of chapter 412 in the Manga are comparable to episode 188 in the Anime. That means a there is a lack of 12 episodes until the Anime will get to the point where the Manga is at that time of movie 8's release. 12 episodes are roughly 3 months of time skip so let's see what was the last Manga chapter roughly 3 months prior to Movie 8's release:

Screenshot_20221007-004612_Chrome.jpg

In this chapter, Goku quits vs Cell. Also, this chapter exactly also has notes of Toriyama stating he read the script for movie 8 which would mean the movie started its production at that point which further increasing the pattern. The strongest character at that point was Suppressed Perfect Cell who fought Goku and the this same Cell shows this power 2-3 episodes after Movie 8 is released. The same pattern again.
Movie 8 Broli ~ Suppressed Perfect Cell (vs Goku)?

Movie 9: Bojack Unbound (July 10 1993)
Last Manga Chapter released prior to Movie 9's release (Chapter 429)

Screenshot_20221007-153042_Chrome.jpg

In this chapter, the 25th Tenkaichi Buddokai day is about to happen.

Last Anime episode released prior to Movie 10's release (Episode 192)

In this episode, Goku tells everyone on Kami's temple that he wants to stay dead after the Cell Games.

Now for the time skip between the events of the last Manga chapter prior to Movie 9's release to the events of the last Anime episode prior to Movie 9's release. The events of chapter 429 in the Manga are comparable to episodes 207-208 in the Anime. That means a there is a lack of 15-16 episodes until the Anime will get to the point where the Manga is at that time of movie 9's release. 15-16 episodes are roughly 4 months of time skip so let's see what was the last Manga chapter roughly 4 months prior to Movie 9's release (Due to chapter 429 fitting to both episodes 207-208 making it 15-16 episodes gap, I will post both Manga chapters released 15-16 weeks before Movie 9's release respectively):

Screenshot_20221007-005329_Chrome.jpg

These chapters are after Cell self explodes and when he returns as "Super Perfect Cell". The strongest active character
at that point is SSjin 2 Kid Gohan and there is no progression in power long after this point till Goku and Majin Vegeta transform into SSjin 2 when they were about to fight making it by default that Bojack is as strong as Perfect Cell

Movie 10: Broly Second Coming (March 12 1994)
Last Manga chapter released prior to Movie 10's release (Chapter 461)

In this chapter, Majin Boo was released from his hatch.

Last Anime episode prior to Movie 10's release (Episode 220)

In this episode the Z Senshi arrive to Babidi's hidden place and hide behind the hills.

Now for the time skip between the events of the last Manga chapter prior to Movie 10's release to the events of the last Anime episode prior to Movie 10's release. The events of chapter 461 in the Manga are comparable to episodes 232-233 in the Anime. That means a there is a lack of 12-13 episodes until the Anime will get to the point where the Manga is at that time of movie 10's release. 12-13 episodes are roughly 3 months and a week of time skip so let's see what was the last Manga chapter roughly 3 months and a week prior to Movie 10's release (Due to chapter 461 fitting to both episodes 232-233 making it 12-13 episodes gap, I will post both Manga chapters released 12-13 weeks before Movie 10's release respectively):

Those two chapters are when Goku was fighting Yakon and used his burst SSjin 2 to make Yakon explode. It can be the case for Broli's power in movie 10.

Movie 11: Bio Broly (July 9 1994)
Last Manga chapter prior to Movie 11's release (Chapter 477):

In this chapter, Goku's 1 day on Earth is over and he heads back to the after life.

Last Anime episode prior to Movie 11's release (Episode 232)

In this episode, Majin Boo is released of his hatch.

Now for the time skip between the events of the last Manga chapter prior to Movie 11's release to the events of the last Anime episode prior to Movie 11's release. The events of chapter 477 in the Manga are comparable to episodes 247-248 in the Anime. That means a there is a lack of 15-16 episodes until the Anime will get to the point where the Manga is at that time of movie 11's release. 15-16 episodes are roughly 4 months of time skip so let's see what was the last Manga chapter 4 months prior to Movie 11's release (Due to chapter 477 fitting to both episodes 247-248 making it 15-16 episodes gap, I will post both Manga chapters released 15-16 weeks before Movie 11's release respectively):

Screenshot_20221007-010737_Chrome.jpg

In this chapters, Majin Boo smashes Dabura, Kaioshin and Gohan, and the novie is also released at that point in the anime. 3 episodes later and Fat Boo was beating up SSjin 2 Majin Veegta. Also, notice again at the fact that Movie 10 was released when Majin Boo came out of his hatch in the Manga while Movie 11 was released when those events in the Anime? Again follow the pattern. The Movie 11 villian should of definitely be comparable to Fat Boo but *bleep* this movie

Movie 12: Broly Fusion Reborn (March 4 1995)
Last Manga chapter released prior to Movie 12's release (Chapter 508)

Screenshot_20221007-183418_Chrome.jpg

In this chapter, Evil Boo was transforming into Pure Boo.

Last Anime episode prior to Movie 12's release (Episode 258)

Screenshot_20221007-183627_Chrome.jpg

In this episode, SSjin Gotenks fiights Evil Boo and shows the Super Ghost Kamikazie Attack.

Now for the time skip between the events of the last Manga chapter prior to Movie 12's release to the events of the last Anime episode prior to Movie 12's release. The events of chapter 508 in the Manga are comparable to episodes 276-277 in the Anime. That means a there is a lack of 18-19 episodes until the Anime will get to the point where the Manga is at that time of movie 12's release. 18-19 episodes are roughly 4 and half months of time skip so let's see what was the last Manga chapter roughly 4 months and half prior to Movie 12's release (Due to chapter 508 fitting to both episodes 276-277 making it 18-19 episodes gap, I will post both Manga chapters released 18-19 weeks before Movie 12's release respectively):

Screenshot_20221007-011724_Chrome.jpg

In this chapter, Evil Boo was fighting SSjin Gotenks. Evil Boo was the strongest at that point and he shows his full power in the anime 2-3 episodes after The movie's release. Janemba is comparable to Evil Boo? Makes sense.

Movie 13: Dead Zone (July 15 1995)
Last Manga chapter prior to Movie 13's release: The Manga ended in chapter 519 on May 23 1995

Screenshot_20221007-184821_Chrome.jpg

Last Anime episode prior to Movie 13's release (Episode 270)

Screenshot_20221007-184957_Chrome.jpg

In this episode, SSjin Vegetto was fighting Gohan-Boo.

Now for the time skip between the events of the last Manga chapter prior to Movie 13's release to the events of the last Anime episode prior to Movie 13's release. The Manga had already ended a month and a week prior to Movie 13's release so we can only compe the episodes. Let's still use the last of Dragon Ball Z in the Manga for comparasion. Chapter 519 in the Manga is comparable to episodes 290-291 in the Anime. That's a 20-21 episodes gap between the episode 270 where the Anime was at the time Movie 13 got released. 20-21 episodes are roughly 5 months. Let's see where the Manga was 5 months before Movie 13's release:

Screenshot_20221007-013609_Chrome.jpg

This are the chapters where SSjin Vegetto was beating up Gohan-Boo and the latter later absorbed him. Incidentally, it fell at the same events ther Manga were at, at the time of Movie 13's release. Hirudegarn ~ Gohan-Boo? Even stronger IMO but in the same tier. There was no progression later in terms of strength till Toei Haxed Pure Boo.

So what do you think about this Mathematical evidence? It's to show the time skip between the Manga's chapter and the Anime's episode at the time of a movie's release is where the movie's production works and the movie villian being as strong as the strongest character at that pointin the Manga at the time the movie starts it's production.

I think you have made a pretty good job by yourself, even if I don't entirely agree with you.

Which positions you disagree with?
I used to have Metal Cooler above Android 18 and I don't have an strong opinion on how strong Broly is, even then, I haven't watched to movies since a long time ago (the only ones I am willing to watch again are Cooler, Meta Cooler, Movie 8 Broly, Fusion Reborn and perhaps Turles).

Meta Cooler is most likely Kamiccolo level.

Android 18 level fits perfectly based on time line and feats too. I doubt SSjin Goku and Vegeta can overpower Kamiccolo together.

Do you think they could with SSJ Trunks' help? LOL.

Kamiccolo has to be at least 1.5x stronger than SSjin Vegeta who is the strongest SSjin. Even the three of them would get stomped. What does that have to do with Metal Coola? If anything it proves my point.

A list of this without power judgements would have sufficed.

Interesting that Fusion Reborn was made before Kid Boo even appeared in the Anime.

The entire point was to prove these power judgements. Lol.
Then you admit you have confirmation bias and are looking for evidence to support a foregone conclusion.
