GT's feats are all fucking retarded. SSJ4 Goku says one minute that he won't be affected by the sun's heat then is cut by glass the next, and yi xing long tries to kill him with a fucking clock when he himself tanked a 10x Kamehameha 10 minutes prior. Also, base kid Goku is in danger of a horrible death when a slow moving fan gets in his way and from being dropped on a fucking skull faced pirate sculpted onto a kid's amusement park attraction. A 5 year old could tell something is wrong with these absolute trash speed and durability calcs.

I see no solid reason to put Uub (BS) above SSJ1 Goku (BS). I'd say Uub is one or two steps ahead of Base Goku (BS) at the most, as he rivalled Base Goku with the latter's training, and stated that he trained harder for his upcoming match with Goku.

Considering he sensed Goku's Ki, no. Uub thought that he could make Baby pay, but ended up getting stomped, so he doesn't necessarily have to be placed on the level, or above any of Goku's Super Saiyan levels. It seems like Uub's decision to fight Baby was based on emotion, rather than logic.

There is the fact that Baby's followers thought Oob could've defeated him after seeing Baby easily beat SS3 Goku in a weaker form. I don't think Oob > SS3 Goku is necessary, but I definitely think it's supported.
