Crocodile is a way better villain than Kaido at the moment imo.

So far Kaido is just a strong bad guy. If he doesn't get a lengthy flashback he might be among the worst villains in the series.

Doffy is a better villain than Kaido too imo. Despite Kaido being able to one hit KO him, I felt the hype way more so when they were fleshing out Doffy.
