The final evolutions all look cool, but i doubt my chain is changing:

Gen 3 > Gen 4 > Gen 1 > Gen 5 = Gen 6 >> Gen 2

I'm too much of a hoenbabby to change this. Don't get me wrong, i love ALL generations of Pokémon, but i doubt anything will ever appeal to me more than Gen 3

Gen 2 >> all imo, other than perhaps Gen 3 and Gen 4 (design wise)

Gameplay wise, Gen 6 probably beats it though. My chain is Gen 6 > Gen 2 > Gen 4 > Gen 3 = Gen 5 > Gen 1 (shit mechanics)

Gen 1 was a broken mess in terms of gameplay(Psychic was broken as fuck) and the original Charizard\Blastoise\Venusaur designs were fucking atrocious, just look at this

Blastoise should focus more on his training and less on going to mcdonalds

Thank GOD Fire Red and LeafGreen fixed the mechanics and updated the sprites to something good to look at

Yeah, that's why I ranked it at the very bottom for shit mechanics although for a game in 1996 (when I was 4 years old) it was still fairly enjoyable. Never did a single quest without just cheating on VisualBoyAdvance after I completed my first quest in Yellow version though.
