Truth be told, the cuts don't really bother me. The included roster is more than enough for me and while it would be fun to have every mon, I'd rather have a quality, unique experience.Pocket-God said:Here's a chart of all the previous gen pokemon that will and won't be in the new game.
Green means they're in, dark green means they're a Galarian version and white means they're not in.
Based on leaks for the Pokedex, the Charizard line is close to the end of it with pseudo-Legendaries like Dragonite, Hydreigon, etc. so I guess they're actually going to make the Charizard line some Victory Road PokemonKenshi said:I'm willing to bet you receive some kind of special Charizard during the game similar to that Ash-Greninja from Sun and Moon, and the earlier forms are in it just so you can breed it. Either that, or it has a third mega form for basically no reason.
It's more the weird selection in some parts of the roster that makes it seem off.Myster Slave said:Truth be told, the cuts don't really bother me. The included roster is more than enough for me and while it would be fun to have every mon, I'd rather have a quality, unique experience.
How are you supposed to complete the national dex if that many are missing?Pocket-God said:Here's a chart of all the previous gen pokemon that will and won't be in the new game.

They completely removed the National Dex in Gen 7 in favour of a Pokemon Bank update allowing for Gen 6 entries of any Pokemon not in the Alola Dex.Super Saiyan said:How are you supposed to complete the national dex if that many are missing?
You can still transfer older Pokemon through some new system they're making compatible with Pokemon Bank, so long as they're in the Galar Dex.Kenshi said:Can you even transfer Pokemon from previous generations, or is it "wiping the slate clean" similar to Generation 3 cutting off the previous generations?
