It implies that Krillin and Gohan power level werent static after the potential unlock by Guru. Why?

Because whats the point of Vegeta including Krillin and Gohan in the battle if they're so weak? They have to be strong enough to be considered useful by Vegeta otherwise he would have regarded them as fodder and would have taken on Frieza himself. 30k is way too low for krillin.

Did Vegeta really said that? I just thought that he doesn't trust Zarbon and also he also thought that he alone can handle Freeza once he become an immortal.

Also I do believe that Krillin got stronger than just 30k.
