I've only played up to Gen IV. My favorite from that is Drifblim, if you exclude legendaries. Include legendaries, and Darkrai is my favorite Gen IV pokemon.

Well, it's not a permanent evolution at least. Actually wears off when the battle ends or when he's knocked out and can only be taken in-battle

Recent by which generation? The series really starts to get hate at Gen 4 onwards.

Bump for good ol' Evee. I always was torn on which stone to use. Usually I went the electric route, because I was such a Riachu mark.

Just good memories of it, from Red, Blue and Yellow. Most of the time I just leveled it as Evee, as I had an affinity for normal types. They always seemed like more of a challenge to raise.

Needless to say I used a whole lot of Quick Attack.

Throwing my meng Taurus on this list. He looked cool, was hard to catch and could learn Thunderbolt. Ash never used him enough in the show, and when he did it felt like a special occasion.
