If true, really excited for Gohan's Super-Saiyan Blue (l0l at all the people that joked and said he'll never be relevant) and also humans seemingly getting a huge power-up due to seriously being trained by Whis not to lose.

About Piccolo and Boo, it could be specifically mentioning just #17 but they kind-of said it in a general way for some-reason and included Piccolo, since he would obviously be tied with #17 (if true).

That's fine in my opinion. Since Freeza seemed to say he made his new form Gold himself.

Freeza's form wasn't all that different from his true form besides being Gold. Also was it ever confirmed that Frost is from the same race as Freeza? The characters said he was his counter-part or whatever, but has it been officially confirmed?

I'd say this confirms it. Frost having the exact same forms as Freeza should be enough confirmation imo, but AT hasn't said anything to make it official.

That could be actually, since AT once called Freeza and his family mutations or something. So there might be no-one quite like them out there. Maybe Universe 6 has a race of them, though.

A mutation is something that changed from what it originally was (because of some outside reason, not just natural evolution). Like its DNA mutates or something, so they can look different and stuff like that.
