Prime Roger + Whitebeard vs Kaido, Big Mom, Shanks

That’s tough. I think Kaido + Big Mom > Roger, but it gets muddy with the addition of Whitebeard and Shanks.

I guess the old gen extreme diff just cause of their legendary status, but I’m definitely not confident about it.

Shanks might be the wildcard. His Haoshoku seems to be the most impressive that we've seen so far, but surely still below that of Roger's.
