Pretty sure the other panels of the manga present Kars as roughly equal to Joseph and Stroheim in height, the former of which is 6'5", with the other two Pillar Men being a bit taller. Definitely Piccolo Daimao tier hyperbole going on in that panel.

Really not a fan of Esidisi’s veins being his main weaponry. Idk, there is something about him flailing his veins around rather than engaging in actual combat that makes it a boring battle for me.

Dio has Jonathan's stand thanks to merging with his body. It gives him clairvoyant abilities similar to Hermit Purple.

Yes, but with some exceptions. For stands that are divided into multiple units, damaging one unit won't drastically damage the user. Non-humanoid stands like Hermit Purple don't hurt you when they are damaged, and weapons and armor that are part of humanoid stands also don't appear to hurt the user when they are shattered (such as Polnareff's armor and sword).
