Mangasee does have it separated by volumes, so I'm not sure what you're talking about in regard to the 18 total. Part 1 finishes about halfway through volume 5, Part 2 going from 5-12 and volume 18 is about 40% of the way through Part 3.

Tonpetty's the Hamon master that trained Zepelli. Straizo was one of the former's pupils, along with Dire who was killed by Dio.

It's Santana. You're reading the Viz version where it was changed to Sanviento for copyright reasons, as will many other names in the series.
