Raditz knocks Gohan away when he tries to headbutt him and likely kills him, Goku and Piccolo since Gohan injuring him was what made Raditz weak enough to allow Goku to put him in a full Nelson. It is possible that Goku can get him by the tail again but I doubt Raditz would be dumb enough to let him do it twice.

I'd wonder if Piccolo's Makankosappo would be able to kill Raditz in this situation despite being at a numerical disadvantage.
