His speech on Marineford was legendary. He was just being a badass on Marineford and laughing and kicking some ass. Also their was a lot of hype on him pretty much being the center of the underground world. His character was such a let down in Dressrosa.

I can't give my ratings yet as I'm only on episode 200 or something. No one seemed to have to mentioned Arlong? Man, that guy was a savage.

Arlong was actually a good villain, especially by East Blue standards. I consider Buggy the antagonist of East Blue though, since he was given the most focus.

I wouldn't really consider Blackbeard the saga villain of Marineford, he came in at the end and did his thing, but Akainu was the big antagonist of that arc. Deceiving Squardo, giving Whitebeard his two biggest injuries by putting a hole in his chest and taking half his head, killing Ace, permanently scarring and nearly killing the main character and Jinbe, and then went on to combat the remaining Whitebeard forces until Shanks showed up and stopped the war. Blackbeard wasn't much of a presence until the very end, at that point Luffy was already down, and it was pretty much setup for him to become Yonkou.

Buggy wasn't the big saga villain of the East Blue either, that would fall more to Arlong.

Wouldn't really count Teach as a Saga villain, since he got little focus I the spotlight at Marineford until the end.
