I see it in 2 ways:

1.- Vegeta said it thinking in comparison to his PSSJB forms.

2.- Vegeta said that they had been surpassed at the time by those characters, but not necessarily speaking in comparison to their current powers.

Vegeta uses the timeframe "In years past" or something like that. So he was thinking of them being stronger than himself at the time of their confrontation not compared to his current power level.

Yes, but Goku in this chapter was so dumb he might have forgotten how to use any form of UI.

I think the whole page about Vegeta saying all the villains were as strong as them should be ignored. It’s clearly wrong.

I can’t speak for Broly and others, but there’s a decent theory that UI was never part of Toriyama’s script for the ToP. Jiren wasn’t as OP as the adaptions made him.

Man these leaks are so fucking sad. I know most of you guys already gave up on Super, but even I want to drop the towel after this shit.

First I was sad because they changed the meditation thing. But then the next page got leaked.

So you know how in the movie Vegeta say Jiren had perfect Ki control and all that? Well in the manga he adds Broly, Moro, Gas and Black Freeza to the "not that strong, just had good Ki control" statement. Broly has better Ki control than Goku and Vegeta. Literally 1 page after Goku refused to spar with him because he couldn't keep his shit together.

In the fight against Moro in Chapter 62, Ultimate Gohan had a surge of rage.

My question is, that rage boost that Ultimate Gohan had against Moro, was it a temporary increase or was it a Power Up?

In case of being a Power Up, how strong do you think Gohan became at the end of the Moro Arc?

Unfortunately, he does not have a complete brain. As we discussed before, Cell Max not being able to use his power properly, he can't use his 100%, but to lighten things up, Cell Max (Weakened), managed to pull off an amplified attack, which should be at least as powerful as Cell Max's. a hypothetical Cell Max (Complete), but much more powerful even.

I think most of us agree that the Gammas should be superior to Vegeta SSJB (Post Yadart) and UI Sign Goku (Post Merus), considering that Piccolo estimated that the Gammas were just as powerful as Goku and Vegeta, but then Piccolo affirmed that the Gammas are stronger than I expected.

Will Orange Piccolo be as powerful as UI Goku (Arc Moro)?

Will Incomplete Cell Max be as powerful as Mega Instinct Vegeta (Initially against Granolah)?

The difference between Orange Piccolo and Incomplete Cell Max over the Gammas is colossal.

I think both True UI Goku, Mega Instinct Vegeta and Orange Piccolo are at the same level currently. Considering it's been 3 years since the Arc Granolah, I'd like to have all 3 of them in the UI level Goku Avatar Giant (vs. Gas) and Granolah's shot. I have them just below Zombie Gas.

I think both Incomplete and Full Cell Max are somewhere between Buff Zombie Gas and Black Frieza. Perhaps Gohan Beast is the most powerful character in the Universe according to the prophecy of the Oracle Fish.

I think that both in the Movie and in the Manga, Piccolo was aware of the powers of Goku and Vegeta until the Arc Broly (Movie), Arc Moro (Manga), while Gohan was aware of the power of both of them in the present.

Did Cell Max have a single Power Up in Chapter 97?

I remember after receiving the combined blow from the Saiyamans and Gammas. Cell Max got used to it and increased his power. Piccolo and Gohan commented that Cell Max increased his speed and power.

Did Cell Max have another power boost in Chapter 97?

Krillin went from being beaten by Hachimaru, then 6 months passed where Krillin knew that a great threat was coming.

Would he have trained in these 6 months?

Did you currently survive a Cell Max attack?

I don't think he trained, Kuririn seems pretty content with the fact that he's long since been fodder and Toyo doesn't really care about him like that

Apparently it makes a lot of sense to have: Mega Instinct Vegeta (Current) = True UI Goku (Current) = Orange Piccolo (Manga). I have the trio almost on the same level as Buff Zombie Gas.

I'm seriously thinking that Piccolo hasn't seen Goku and Vegeta since Arc Moro, while Gohan does know the current power that Goku and Vegeta have.

Piccolo estimated that the Gammas were at the level of Vegeta SSJBE (Post Yadart) and UI Sing Goku (Beyond Limits). The Gammas turned out to be stronger than Piccolo estimated, therefore, I have them stronger than Gogeta PSSJB.

Bulma will have Gamma 1 as her Bodyguard. Can you imagine having someone stronger than Jiren, Broly SSJFP and Gogeta PSSJB as your Bodyguard?

Gohan knew the power of Vegeta and Goku today and knew that they, in their maximum transformations, were at the level of Orange Piccolo.
