Very similar in power, they can be equals or Broly can be a bit stronger. Equals should be fine though. It does seem that RSSJ continues to power up after the tank though.

Just to get back to you, the text on the bottom of the Vegeta design said "Super Vegeta - Super Saiyan"

So whether he's SS or SSG2 is actually unclear. I'm still tempted to go with SSG2 personally.

The only thing is, as far as I'm aware, Grade 2 didn't actually have a name at that point, and 'Super Saiyan' is a generic term as demonstrated by the Daizenshuu and even manga.

Personally, if he was only Super Saiyan, I feel the text would've said "Vegeta - Super Saiyan" and not "Super Vegeta - Super Saiyan".

That is just my opinion, though.

Tough choice. If I remember correctly, when Cell was kick by Super Vegeta, his neck was moves a little. Against Broly, Vegeta kick him and he didn't move at all. I says Cell wins due to skills and techniques.
