Haha, yeah you did get me. But in all honestly, it doesn't make much of a difference. Even if Cell is that much stronger, I could simply keep 50% Goku as he is and have his Warm-Up level even higher which puts him near Initial P.Cell.

But warm up Goku is weaker

He powered up to 50% vs Korrin

No, I think they are equal. Based on my personal levels it's hard to image him being 4x stronger after the power up against Cell.

Did I join this topic? If not than I side with Broly. I put RSSJ Broly on 50% MSSJ Goku's level so needless to say Cell gets one shotted.
